Mental Health OT & Social Work Fees Brisbane
National Disability Insurance Scheme Funding (NDIS)
As a NDIS registered organisation, we provide services to all Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants.
Fees for services are $193.99 per hour in line with the NDIA service fee schedule.
Travel is calculated according to the NDIS Modified Monash Model (MMM) i.e. up to 30 minutes at 50% of the hourly rate in metropolitan areas.
Better Access To Mental Health Initiative (BAMH)
Mental Health Occupational Therapy provides practical, evidence-based support to help you manage the impact of mental health challenges in everyday life.
Under the Better Access initiative, your GP or psychiatrist can refer you to an Endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist. Eligible clients can access up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year under Medicare.
Appointments are $240 per session, with a Medicare rebate of approximately $80 for eligible clients.
Aaron Tysoe and Samantha Bicker are endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapists and can provide services under the Better Access Initiative.
Private Funding
You don’t need a referral to access our services privately. Private appointments are available for people seeking Mental Health Occupational Therapy or Mental Health Social Work without accessing Medicare or another funding scheme.
Appointments are $240 per hour and can be provided from our Red Hill clinic or via telehealth.

We provide Mental Health Occupational Therapy to support people experiencing psychological injury or mental health challenges to improve function and return to meaningful work and life roles.
We work collaboratively with clients, treating teams, employers and insurers to provide practical, recovery-focused support.
